Attached simulation files were used to demonstrate an integrated open-source workflow for simulation of transcathether pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR) device implantation in image-derived right vetricular outflow tract (RVOT) models to inform device selection. Two TPVR devices: Harmony TPV-25 and Alterra were implanted in three patient RVOTs.
